Paris, February 19th 2008 – HR Access, a specialist in human resources management solutions and related outsourcing services, has just signed two strategic partnership agreements: one with Allshare, a company offering a software package for implementing HR budgeting and payroll simulation processes, and the other with Lingway, a publisher specialised in e-recruitment solutions.
Signed within the framework launch of the new ‘HRa Suite 7’ software package solution, these partnership products respond to HR Access’ desire to broaden the scope of its solutions by combining their offers and their complementary trade expertise. The HR professional content chosen for its exceptional quality, multilingual, international capabilities and overall relevance, is totally integrated within the HRa Suite 7 processes for accessible daily use. The packages thus developed with Allshare and Lingway are directly distributed by HR Access.

HR Access, international publisher of professional software for the Management of Human Resources and provider of Human Resources outsourcing services, announces the promotion of Franck Boutboul to the position of Managing Director in France.Franck Boutboul joined HR Access in May 2007 as the Sales Director for France, to carry on its sales policy by increasing the sale of licences and services as well as hosting solutions for HR Access. With his successes in the past year, Franck Boutboul has just been promoted to the position of HR Access France Managing Director, to contribute to the ongoing development of HR Access in France.
Reporting to Michel Picaud, HR Access President and CEO for the EMEA region (Europe, the Middle East and Africa), Franck Boutboul is now in charge of operations for France, where HR Access is undeniably embedded.
